| 8.15pm | Launch of special Raymond Blanc Sleepers Soup by Brasserie Blanc |
| 8.15pm | Speeches, introduced by Debbie Thrower, including: The Bishop of Winchester The Mayor of Winchester The Deputy Mayor of Winchester Homelessness Charity Representatives - Winchester Churches Nightshelter - Trinity Winchester - Emmaus Hampshire Life Stories from Rough Sleepers Ed Mitchell Interview with ex Nightshelter guests The Dean |
| 9.15pm | Chesil Theatre reading of Voices from the Edge |
| by 10.30pm |
All guests depart & closing time for Sleepers to check-in to Inner Close |
| 11pm | Sleep Out begins - gates to the Inner Close locked except for manned exits - |
| 7am | Sleep Out ends - gates open & certificates given to sleepers on exit - |
| 7-8am | Breakfast in the Refectory |
| 8am | Morning Holy Communion in the Cathedral |
